How to make my own website?
My own website, as in:

Not as in piczo, or any other free online hosts.
I am planning on making a fansite, I’ve worked well iwht HMTL codes from sites such as piczo a while ago, but I want a go at creating my own, good website.
How do I do this?
and does anyone know any way where I can pay without having to use a credit card.
Preferably: where I can use my phone to pay.
and is it hard? what types of codes do I need to use, HTML?
and how does making your own site from scratch work, is it as easy as piczo and things like that? How do you place things where you need them to be.

Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a free, easy to use web designer tool which allows you to create a website without the need to know how to do HTML/CSS coding. It includes some basic templates available to get you started.
If you do have the skills to code in HTML/CSS/Javascript, you can upload it to Office Live via a webfolder (no need for FTP – just drag and drop!)
